To get started to have a perfect upper body you need a upper body workout routine for men .
While many people know many exercises and do them many fail do it correctly. Below will be some exercises that will not only be very effective but also help you build that upper body the way you desire to have it. The exercises will be in 3 colors
Blue -Morning
Green -Afternoon
Purple -Night
You can do these is any order you like just make sure to do them through out your day.
Upper body workout routine for men exercises & steps
Push-Up (20 reps) ( This exercise can be done anywhere and is very simple )

- 1. Lay out your arms straight on the floor then lay them out about 5 inches apart from the center.
- 2. When you go down try to maintain right there for about 10-20 seconds
- 3. When you go up go fast , while going down go slowly
Skull Crusher ( 20 reps Depending on the weight ) (If you plan on doing this at home try finding something close to a barbell)

- 1. Hold the barbel with your palms facing down
- 2. Push the barbel up as high as you can till they are straight with your elbow
- 3. Pull the barbel up to your forehead ( pause for about 5 seconds )
- 4. Repeat the process
Shoulder Press (20-30 reps)

- 1. Hold the dumbbells on both hands lift them up.
- 2. Make your arms into a “L” shape on both sides
- 3. Then pull them down back into the “L” shape
Tip ( Try not to move your shoulder while doing this is could cause some serious damage )
Chest Dips (20 reps) (Get two bars who are a good space apart at home you could use two good chairs)


- 1. Place you hands on the object which you are going to lean on in the form of a push up
- 2. Go down below the chairs in a push up format
- 3. Try to maintain your balance there for a few seconds
- 4. Repeat the process
Explosive push ups (30-40 reps)


- 1. This exercise is identical to a regular push up the only difference is when you go up you push your body up then repeat.
With all of these exercises done daily expect to get some amazing results very fast . Always try to stay determined even if you don’t see results fast. You body is growing everyday at a slow pace so give your body time. Get a good night sleep everyday and this will also help you because your body is getting the rest it requires to continue the next day to its maximum performance and for some great results faster .
