  • 3. When you go up go fast , while going down go slowly

Skull Crusher ( 20 reps Depending on the weight ) (If you plan on doing this at home try finding something close to a barbell)

  • 1. Hold the barbel with your palms facing down
  • 2. Push the barbel up as high as you can till they are straight with your elbow
  • 3. Pull the barbel up to your forehead ( pause for about 5 seconds )
  • 4. Repeat the process

Shoulder Press (20-30 reps)

  • 1. Hold the dumbbells on both hands lift them up.
  • 2. Make your arms into a “L” shape on both sides
  • 3. Then pull them down back into the “L” shape

Tip ( Try not to move your shoulder while doing this is could cause some serious damage )

Chest Dips (20 reps) (Get two bars who are a good space apart at home you could use two good chairs)

  • 1.  Place you hands on the object which you are going to lean on in the form of a push up
  • 2.  Go down below the chairs in a push up format
  • 3. Try to maintain your balance there for a few seconds
  • 4. Repeat the process

Explosive push ups (30-40 reps)

  • 1. This exercise is identical to a regular push up the only difference is when you go up you push your body up then repeat.
